SAP Business Workflow/ABAP Developer

Need to be an expert in SAP Workflow Builder (the GUI to develop workflows) AND ABAP for programming and to build the workflows.
Take the functional process change requirements from business analysts.
Must be able to do custom ECC workflows from scratch
Smartforms experience Strong SAP workflow
General functional knowledge in various SAP modules ECC 6.0 – Business Suite 7.

Senior SAP PI Developer

4+ years SAP experience with PI/Xi integration, nmonitoring, implementation and support.
Experience with full cycle large project implementations
Experience with integration builder/repository, runtime workbench, adapter engine, integration engine, SLD
Experience with PI configuration (PI 7.1 and above) communication channels, global data types, message types, message interfaces, mappings, transformations.
Understanding of Service Oriented Architrecture (SOA) and web services

SAP CRM Consultant:

Work with the Application Architects and the business to successfully perform SAP CRM analysis for small to medium complex projects and to translate the business requirements and business processes into functional design specifications for SAP CRM configuration and custom SAP CRM development work.

Execute SAP CRM configuration against the SAP global solution template in line with functional design and perform unit testing of the configured solution

Drive and assist with the integration testing across SAP modules and non-SAP systems. Build knowledge of the Enterprise Application Interface in order to efficiently troubleshoot interface issues.

Partner with the user community to ensure successful and timely User Acceptance Testing.
Actively drive issue resolution and closely monitor its progress.

Provide SAP CRM knowledge and advice to the Master Data Consultants and Change Management Experts when appropriate.
Act as the first point of contact for the key users for SAP CRM support

Create documentation on all implemented solutions and Develop SAP CRM training material for the business key users & conduct key user training. Support the business key users in developing work instructions & conducting end user training Own complete SAP CRM module solutions wing-to-wing; prototyping, blueprinting, design, build, test, documentation and post go-live support including interfaces & cross module integration.

Fully understand and master all the end-to-end, cross-functional and integrated business processes related to the SAP CRM module, including integrations with other modules and extended business systems

Proactively work with Project Managers and Vendor Project Teams to resolve technical issues and to champion closure on business & technical issues related to process, business rules and configuration, in order to achieve the ultimate business goals SAP standards, knowledge base & best practices

Work closely with support partners in the management and resolution of help desk.
Perform other duties as required
